International Orders:
- Your items will be sent through top-tier international courier services and will be on their way within 0-5 days after your order is confirmed. We strive to meet the delivery date agreed upon when you place your order.
Please note, while we do our best to meet these timelines, there might be delays due to the courier services which are beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make sure your order is handed over to the courier service within 0-5 days from the time your order and payment are confirmed.

Return Policy
- An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Return/Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
- Products brought in Sale are not eligible for exchange or Return.
- No Exchange or Return applicable on Rocket Sarees/Pre-Stitched Sarees, and all stitched products including kidswear.
How to Request a Return
Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to support@mykaladhar.com with the following details:

Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed and shipped to the below address.
Returning the Product
- The products must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, and unused.
- The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) has to be present.
- The saree folding has to be intact.
- Reverse pickup is available for damaged/defective items/incorrect items for selected Pin codes.
- Onward and return logistic cost of Rs. 99/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

- Refund/gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team.

- The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
