🧵 Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Hyderabad: Same‑day dispatch for orders placed before 4 PM on business days.
- No shipments on weekends and public holidays.

- Shipping costs depend on destination and package weight.
- Import taxes, duties, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

- Any carrier fees paid on your behalf will require reimbursement.
📦 If Your Package Looks Damaged
- Do NOT accept the delivery.
- Return the package to the delivery person.
- Take a photo of the damaged package if possible.

Note: Once you accept delivery, we assume the package was received in good condition. All products are packed in secure, tamper‑proof packaging.
