Do you have WhatsApp video call option?
Yes. We do offer WhatApp shopping experience. You can call us on any of the store phone numbers available on our contact page for WhatsApp video call facility.
In addition, you can also reach us on +91 73869 69693 or on +91 73864 64649. Please note the timings for WhatsApp shopping on these numbers is Mon - Sat 10AM to 8PM.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship local (Hyderabad), National (India wide) and International.
Our primary shipping partner is DTDC, in case DTDC doesn't deliver to your doorstep, they will hand it over to your local post-office.
Feel free to contact us on WhatsApp if you have any concerns with DTDC shipping before placing your order.
How long will it take to get my package?
Depending on your location and coverage by our shipping partner (DTDC), you will be able to get you order anywhere between 1 to 7 days.
Local orders can be delivered on the same day with Rapido, provided it is not on a weekend or a public holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions about pricing. You can contact us on WhatApp using the Phone number present on Contact Us page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all modes of Indian payment such as Credit cards, Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking.
We also offer COD for select pin codes with an additional fee for COD orders.
Why can't I see COD option?
Currently we are only offering COD to select regions due to DTDC limitations.
Feel free to reach out to us directly on WhatsApp* if want COD and you are not able to see the option on checkout page.

Do you offer COD facility?
Yes, we do offer COD facility to select regions. This is a limitation due to the coverage area of COD by our shipping partner.
If you are not seeing a COD option on checkout page, please feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp and my team will do everything they can to help you with the order.
I saw a product on your Instagram page but its not available on your website. How can I get the product?
Most of our products are limited edition products and sell out fast.
That said, feel free to send us a screenshot of the product you are trying to purchase either on Instagram directly or on WhatsApp. Your personal shopper will help you finding the same item or similar item.
