- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Before dispatching, we thoroughly check the fabrics/sarees to ensure that it is not defective.
- However, if the product is defective or does not match the description, we will replace the product.

Domestic Orders:
- Prepaid Orders: We’ll ship your order on the next business day.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: We'll reach out to confirm your order via phone call or WhatsApp chat. Once confirmed, we'll ship it right away. If we don't hear back from you within 2 days, the order will be automatically cancelled to keep things tidy.
International Orders:
- Your items will be sent through top-tier international courier services and will be on their way within 0-2 days after your order is confirmed. We strive to meet the delivery date agreed upon when you place your order.
Please note, while we do our best to meet these timelines, there might be delays due to the courier services which are beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make sure your order is handed over to the courier service within 0-5 days from the time your order and payment are confirmed.

Return Policy
- An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Return/Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
How to Request a Return
Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to support@mykaladhar.com with the following details:

Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed and shipped to the below address.
Returning the Product
- The products must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, and unused.
- The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) has to be present.
- The saree folding has to be intact.
- Reverse pickup is available for damaged/defective items/incorrect items for selected Pin codes.
- Onward and return logistic cost of Rs. 99/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

- Refund/gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team.
- Refund amount/Gift card will include only the cost of the product.
- Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/customer will not be refunded.
- All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid.
- The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
